To gain the needed knowledge, in order to approach successfully the PgMP® certification exam, covering the knowledge area and groups of processes from „The Standard for Program Management” 3rd Edition
To study thoroughly the theoretical concepts, by applying them in case studies
To make connections between the presented concepts and the projects’ characteristics in which the trainees are or will be involved
To study thoroughly the sensitive subjects by using intermediary tests and focus groups
