The most valuable piece of knowledge that our trainer Cristina brought was the concept of team in the Agile methodology and SCRUM based framework. I had the chance to attend a two days version of this workshop and although two days are not enough for a team to be fully functional, it's a very good starting point. The entire methodology and processes were thoroughly described, with examples and to-the-point exercises. What I appreciated the most was the professionalism and patience of the trainer: having a well structured agenda, he managed to subtly impose it even though at moments it was in danger of being derailed by some attendees.
